We hope you love your item but if you do have any problems or change your mind, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

  • Any items that you wish to refund or exchange must be done so within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect/faulty item, please email myorder@missfoxy.couk & a member of our team will resolve this as soon as possible.
  • All refunds and exchanged items are checked by our team to ensure they are in the condition we delivered them in.
  • Any items that are returned with make-up stains or any other damage may not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Items must have all tags and labels in place for the refund/exchange to be processed.
  • Please ensure that you have entered all of the order details requested on the returns form. If the required details are not correctly given we may not be able to refund/ exchange your item.
  • When sending back items please ensure that they are packed with care. If a returned item is damaged before it reaches our warehouse we are not responsible for this damage. 
  • Sale items can be exchanged, but not refunded.
  • We regret that post and packaging charges cannot be refunded.

  • All returns are processed within one working day. Once refunded, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available in your account.


How to return an item

  • Package your item in a sealed bag with all tags in place 
  • Attach our returns address - please note we don't offer free returns

  • Return your item via the post office. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage or a tracking number & keep this safe for future reference.
