When we have dispatched your order we will send an automated email to the address you have given. The email you receive will also include your order number, which you can then track on the Royal Mail track and trace service.

Fill out the enclosed returns form and deliver it to the address stated on the form. Remember to include the reason for your return and select whether you require a refund or want to exchange your item for a different size.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and write 'new returns form' in the subject box, please include your name and order number in the email.
Once we have processed your refund or exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
After we have received your returned item please allow up tofice working days for your refund/ exchange to be processed. If you have requested an exchange, then your order will be shipped by standard delivery after it has been processed.
We apologise that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. To receive a refund or exchange please indicate this on your returns from, by selecting 'faulty' in the 'reason for return' category. Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer this service. However you can change your item for a different size or colour (if it is in stock).
