Item must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags intact.
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Beauty products and beauty accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Shoes must be tried on indoors.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect/faulty item, please email email@example.com & a member of our team will resolve this as soon as possible.
All refunds and exchanged items are checked by our team to ensure they are in the condition we delivered them in.
When sending back items please ensure that they are packed with care. If a returned item is damaged before it reaches our warehouse we are not responsible for this damage.
If you want to return your Miss Foxy product(s), simply head to your account, view order history and click on the order containing products you wish to return. Select the option ‘Return Items’, you will then be prompted to select the items you want to return and the reasons for return. After this you will receive a returns request acknowledgement email, shortly followed by your free returns label.
